DL 1

1M: Cast a Psi3 power of SL = DL.
½M: Twist an effect on a target (ER to resist).
1M: Combine two enemy groups into one group (no save).
1M: Lock a door (Open Locks −25×LVL, Str −10×LVL using MR calc, or LVL Knock spells). Alternately erase a “?”.
½M: Convert exotic AC to AC on 1 group; halve AC on 1 target (no InnR) or 1 group (InnR).

DL 1 (Variant)

1V: Reverse Polarity — become a Mirror Astral Destruct at half original DL.
1Z: Sacrifice this summon to generate a Wish-oid for a Psi3 power of SL = DL + 2.

DL 2

Pick an ability from DL 1.
M costs become V; V costs become 0.

Pick a second ability from DL 1.
Same cost reduction applies.

DL 3

½M: Convert exotic hp to hp on 1 group; halve hp on 1 target (no InnR) or 1 group (InnR).
½M: Twist an effect on a group (ER to resist).

DL 5

½M: Remove a BlahR from 1 target; halve irrBlahR on 1 target; or halve BlahR on a group (no ER).
1M: Become Insubstantial for 1 turn (pass through objects and walls; not Wards).
1M: One group Stopped (no movement or V actions, InnR). Single target gets no InnR.
1M: Remove a [x1] Special.

DL 6

Pick an ability from earlier DLs.
M costs become V; V costs become 0.

Pick another ability.
Same reduction applies.

DL 9

½M: Remove a racial ability or immunity from a group (ER). Single target gets no ER.
1M: Time Stop (InnR). Single target gets no InnR.
1M: Restore MF/PF/TF/PsiF/TechF in area; repair temporal or metaphysical discontinuities.

DL 10

Pick an ability from earlier DLs.
M costs become V; V costs become 0.

Same reduction applies.

DL 14

1M: Become Immaterial for 1 turn — Insubstantial plus full immunity to matter and energy. Cannot be targeted. Exists purely to ruin encounters.
